Electric under tile heating
Thin Cable Mat is suited to generate heat under tile floors in bathrooms, kitchens, entry-ways, bedrooms and sun rooms. The very thin construction makes them ideally suited for renovation of homes and offices.
The tile mat heater comprises of a flexible, robust fiber-glass mat that carries an thin 2.2mm uniformly affixed heating element. These heating elements are provided with primary Fluoropolymer insulation, earth screen and sheathing of Polyolefin.
The thin under tile heating mat installed directly below the tile floor is available in two heat outputs, 150W/m² for living rooms and bedrooms and 200W/m² for bathroom floors.
In most instances, the under tile mat heater is fixed to the slab or cement board sub-floor before the tiles are laid.
